Do you have a restaurant?   We don't have any restaurant facilities onsite, but we have many great recommendations to help support our amazing local restaurants and cafes.

What are your office hours?   Our Reception desk is staffed from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Saturday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Sundays and public holidays.

What happens if I'm arriving after Reception closes?   If arriving after our Reception desk closes for the day, we will place your key into a secure key safe adjacent to Reception and send you a text message with retrieval information. If you don't receive this text message, simply call our after-hours number on our front door when you arrive and we will assist you.

Are you pet friendly?   Our Classic Rooms are pet friendly, we just ask you to let us know in your booking remarks if you intend to bring your furry family member with you (and bring them to check-in to say hello!)

Do you have a pool?   We have an unheated pool, as well as a large hot tub in our indoor pool area a short walk from our rooms. This area is always accessible, however has no lighting after dark.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?   Early check-in is available subject to availability. Given we are a smaller property with limited staff, we cannot confirm early check-in requests until the day of your arrival, so feel free to give us a call. Late check-out is also available subject to availability, just ask our friendly team on your departure day.

Are there EV chargers in the area?   There are public Evie chargers available in Macedon (3km) and Woodend (7km). The closest Tesla Supercharger is located in Kilmore (50km). Unfortunately we don't have EV charging facilities onsite.

Are taxis or Uber available in your area?   Uber is not available in our area and taxis can be hard to come by. We recommend Kim & Co, a locally owned and operated rideshare service. They come highly recommend by both us, and their customers. They can be reached on 0480 480 691 or at www.kimco.com.au

Is internet access available?   Our location means we're not able to connect to the wired NBN network, and we instead use Sky Muster satellite internet. This means we have limited access to the internet at the hotel, and out TVs at present don't support streaming through our own internet connection. Some guests find hotspotting to the 4G network to work better for them.
